Albany, New York
- "Here in the "Capital District" of New York State, we have not one or two Denny's, not even three Denny's, but FOUR different Denny's. I guess that makes us cool or something.
Three of them are in Albany, within 5 minutes of each other. One is on Western Ave, one is on Central Ave (that one sucks), and the best Denny's in the world is on Wolf Road because that's where Scott works and lucky for him he looks nothing like Al. Dawn used to work there, but now she left so we're mad at her. (She didn't look like Al either.) If you show up there one day, check the back corner (this is a standard diner-style Denny's with the big table in the back corner) for the TEP brothers. Unless it's before 1am, that's too early for us.
The fourth Denny's in Clifton Park but that's too far away from all of the colleges. I don't know how they stay in business." - written prior to September, 1999

- "Of the three Denny's in Albany, my favorite one has to be the one on Western Avenue, just down the road from the state university. We used to go there all the time. So much so that one of the waitresses, Pebbles, developed a crush on one of my friends. Charlie dreaded going there cuz he was in his early 20's and Pebbles was in her late 40's or early 50's. And she had a hunch in her back. But she would give us all kinds of free stuff. We would attempt to leave and she would just bring more food. If we wanted to be out of there by 2am, we would have to start attempting to leave by about 11:30 or 12am." - written prior to September, 1999

- "The Denny's in this area used to be fun to visit a couple of years ago, when they were mostly empty or filled with weary travelers, Harley dudes, bad local bands, and zinesters. Lately however, I've been forced to patronize non-chain diners in the area due to increased crowding and noise from large gangs of jock-boy & alternatot high schoolers. - "The best of the four Denny's restaurants we have in Albany, NY is the one on Western Ave. The entire summer between senior year in high school and freshman year in college was spent there with my friends. The waiters and waitresses there are the best. Renee, Joe (the best cook ever), Julie, Boris (a manager), Teri, Jen, and of course, the ever popular, Jay. Many of the friends that I have now, were made in Denny's. Renee makes the best chocolate shakes in the world. All I have to say is, Denny's Rules!!" - written prior to September, 1999

- "We have 5 Denny's around here now. We have Western Ave, Central Ave, Clifton Park, Wolf Road, and the new East Greenbush one. I live 5 minutes away from the East Greenbush one so I'm partial to it =) it looks too much like a Friendly's or something on the inside tho. I don't have a problem w/ the Central Ave store, but one time we went there and we had crappy service and vowed to never go back there again. I can understand if they had a bad night, because I know how it is (I'm unfortunate enough to work at McDonald's), but since none of my friends will go there...well, I don't want to go there alone. The Wolf Road Denny's and Western Ave ones look EXACTLY the same, or at least they used to (haven't been to Wolf Rd. in a while). Clifton Park Denny's got real popular, so they put time limits on how long a person could stay there...that sux. Western Ave is the one my friends all go to. We used to go every Monday night (me, Mark, George, Greg, John, sometimes Nathan, sometimes Carly, sometimes Larry, sometimes Erica, heaps of other people). One night I got the nerve to call up the man of my dreams, Dave Cartwright, and asked him to go to Denny's with all my friends and he said yes. So, very fond memories. I'm still hounding the poor guy like crazy. But as for our regular Monday night Denny's thing, it's up in the air now because stupid George had to go get his work schedule changed, and I can't really go anymore. =( And at the Western Ave store this guy used to work there who looked EXACTLY like Chef from South Park. Every time he emerged from the kitchen we'd all say "Hello, children" in a deep voice. I guess his nickname was Big Papa though. =) But yeah, Denny's rocks, great website" - written prior to September, 1999

- "weekend, and play shows in clubs (Most recently the Wetlands in New York City.) Denny's is a frequent stop for us at three or four in the morning as we travel back to Albany NY. Lot's of us groan about having to eat there, but most of the time Denny's offers cheap eats, so-so service depending on where you are, and they are open all night. WELL, Last night I couldn't make the gig, but ended up in Denny's anyway for coffee with a female friend of mine. I ordered a chicken sandwich, coffee, and an order of cheese sitcks for my friend and I to split. Unreal. We were seated, and it took a good 20 minutes for a server to come over to us and ask if we needed anything to drink. The place was not packed, and there was plenty of staff just hanging around doing nothing. We placed our whole order, and the drinks came out pretty fast. The coffee was burned, bottom of the pot mud. The food which arrived 25 minutes later (there was a clock in clear view) was good, but by that point I was ready to eat my own hand. Our server never checked on us, never asked if we needed coffee re-fills, and never brought a check out to us. Since I was in no real hurry, we decided to sit there and wait and see how long it took them to notice us. They never did. A half hour later we went up to the counter, and said that we never got a check and wanted to leave. It took them another 10 minutes to find the check, which we paid, and left. I am usually generous with tipping, because most servers get paid horribly and rely on tips, BUT: I left no tip this time. None. It was the first time I ever did this in my life. I don't feel guilty either. The Denny's was on Western Avenue in Albany NY. Don't go there!!!" - written prior to September, 1999

- June 8, 2000 - "DENNY"S IN ALBANY, NY ON WESTERN AVE is the best. hello to all~ Bill, Lisa, Rachel, Dan, (How you feelin'?), Joe, and everyone else who i don't feel like mentioning! EVERYONE!!! I have met so many idiots at that place. Here's a bit of advice- DON'T TRY TO STEAL THE NEWSPAPER DISPENSER! (and don't forget- there IS a door!) Lots of Love, LEAH (the blonde "pretty girl")
p.s- it gets packed at night, so try the Denny's on central. You will meet the hot waiter, Mike (you mean he's not gay?!), the transexual Jim/Meredith, and you might be lucky enough to meet Matt with the 4 tongue rings!"

Angola, New York
- "There's nothing as wonderful to our whole carload as the moment we see the overpass on I-90 at the WORLD-FAMOUS Angola Service Center in Angola, New York! We ALWAYS stop!!! My wife has even had the FREE birthday meal! What a joy that was! I'm telling you, we've even gone out of our way to stop there (not a whole lot, though). Now, you'd ask, what's so great about the Denny's at the Angola Station? Good question. Sorry we don't have a good answer. But I have a fun story from the last time we were there this July. We stopped (cause we can, this being America and all that!) and the people at the next table ate their food (like pigs, I might add--oh, I just did) and sent their two little girls off to the restroom. While now alone, the parents called the waitress over and declaired the one daughter's burger was not cooked enough. Why it was still pink inside! The fattest (let's call him the Papa-pig) exclaimed "Ya know, people get food poisoning like this! And you don't want that kind a' lawsuit, buddy!" Mama piggy licked some more syrup offa her arm and added "people do sue for that kind a' thing these days, you know." Get the story? Yep, they got the Manager and he gave them not only their meals for free but also threw in free deserts! SCAMMMMMing a Denny's!!!! But handled in true grand Denny's Manager style! Denny's are great! Well, I could go on and on. Got many more stories but I didn't think up the page did I?!" - written prior to September, 1999

- "Angola holds special memories, as it was the site of a post musical spontanious cast party, where we all sat around listening to a fellow cast member, Jim, play a guitar and singing. The musical we were performing was Godspell, so we all had tyedye tee shirts on, and these little kids came over and were like "..Whoa.. It's Woodstock." It wasn't.. but it was Denny's. (Come to think of it, our "Jesus" (Joe M.), was so cool that he had the Denny's symbol painted on his shoes, and we even managed to write Denny's into the script.) No Weird Al types here, but the night is often punctuated with Zola, (I believe her name is), filling our coffee cups and making us smile." - written prior to September, 1999

Canandaigua, New York
- March 2, 2004 - "I've been going to the Canandaigua Denny's since I started the FLCC theatre department, going there when we finished shows- or wanted to skip out on class.. I'm still going there now with my guys, and I'll have to say that the staff here is either the most patient or at least able to bite their tongues very hard. The waiters have come to put up with my friends' endless antics, such as "battlebots" with the forks, creating artwork of the leftovers, and the strange requests of Dave and Ranny for their vegetarian diets (though they usually get ignored). I do have a few questions for them... Why is it that Dave's english muffin took 20 minutes longer than 3 grand slams? And why do you all have the "I hate my job" expression? I don't remember the manager's name, but she used to head the Geneva one as well. I'm still not sure if she likes us or wants to kill us. She has the same expression for when she's happy as when she's angry. I think she uses her ponytail as an automatic plastic surgery... that smile ain't gonna stop til the hair gets let free. Must how she deals with people like my guys... And this Denny's is where one of my friends ended up getting most of his silverware."

Clifton Park, New York
- "The Denny's that I go to is located In Clifton Park, New York. It is run by a guy named Greg, who is a wonderful manager and knows me by name. I started going to Denny's after school with a friend of mine and her and I would sit for hours drinking coffee. While sitting there one night, we met a guy named Adam who became a good friend of ours. Later, after meeting Adam, we met his brother, Aaron who has become my boyfriend and the love of my life. Denny's is a great place and I can never seem to find a cup of coffee that tastes as good as Denny's." - written prior to September, 1999

Colonie, New York
- December 18, 1999 - " Okay, no doubt there are worse Denny's around, but the one on Wolf Road in Colonie, New York (suburb of the State Capital, Albany) has to be a contender. Not only are they slow and inefficient (although in spite of the working conditions there are some extremely good waitresses making the best of bad management), but they discontinued crayons & kids cups. Must be a franchiser who can't see the benefits of catering to kids."

- "HEy, well this is a Denny's fan from upstate New York, and I am currently being anoyed by a computer-aid with the most anoying voice...but to the point Denny,s Family Resturant. I work at Perkins, but I love to hang out at Denny's in Farmington N.Y rt. 332 (I go to school and work in Canandaigua NY) The resturant is a hot spot at night durring the week, esp. for us Perkins Workers, anyway (as I think about KILLING this Lady) on of the workers, Dave, we call "Dave the Sexy Cowboy", hes a busperson, you should stop in and see him." - written prior to September, 1999

Fishkill, New York
- "I got one for ya. I dont know the number but it's on route 9 in Fishkill, NY. Im usually there after midnight untill 3:00am or so. The best waiter/waitress are Randy and Amanda. They usually only charge me for 1/2 of what my group eats. They also give really huge servings. I got a mug, which several managers have attempted to confiscate. Really nifty, relatively new, by a Holiday Inn, and good service. No one that Ive seen like WAY." - written prior to September, 1999

- "I've been to a Dennys in Fishkill NY, and Poughkeepsie NY. At the time of me typing this, I just got home from the one in Fishkill, so I'll talk about that. I ordered the Bacon-Swiss Burger, although the Country Fried Steak looked pretty good. The other members of my party ordered Veggie Burgers, which aren't too bad! Anyway, their was no woker who looks like "Weird Al" Yankovic, but my burger did!" - written prior to September, 1999

- "I've also spent some time at the Denny's in Fishkill, NY between the hours of 12pm and 3am and I've seen Jay Brenamen there many times. I've been in other Denny's in the past, but I believe that this is definitely the best. I don't know about during the day, but late at night the staff there is really cool. And I definitely agree with jay's choice of best waiters. You should definitely visit this Denny's at some point in your journeys." - written prior to September, 1999

Herkimer, New York
- October 21, 2000 - "Denny's, in Herkimer, NY, has one of the most sociable, unpretentious, caring hostes of all I have visited. Her name is Sophie and, she is a pip. We go there, first for her personality, and 2nd for the food. Were it not for her, it really wouldn't matter where we had dinner. I think recognition is a beautiful thing. If you are in Herkimer, NY, and walk into Dennys, and see a short blond with spiked hair, say hi, it will be Sophie and you will have met one of the finest people there is."

Kingston, New York
- "There's this Denny's on Route 9W in Kingston, NY. I ate there once, because I was moving with a big truck and I was hungry. Ate a hamburger and fries, served by a white woman in her forties with dyed hair, chewing gum. Cost me 9 fuckin' dollars. Never again! I swore.." - written prior to September, 1999

- "Much to my dismay, I noticed someone on your page said he ate at the Dennys in Kingston, NY. That's impossible, because there is no Denny's there. There never was a Denny's there adn there probably will never be a Denny's there. The closest Denny's to Kingston is across the river and a little south in Poughkeepsie." - written prior to September, 1999

Middletown, New York
- "Nothing can be greater than the experience to be had at the Denny's on Rte 211 in Middletown NY. Truly awe inspiring! The blueberry syrup is welded shut with crusty syrup crystals - the walls are coated with a combination of ketchup splatters and what appears to be marmalade......and OHHH!! the moons over my hammy are the best to be found anywhere!!! WAY?? You better believe it baby!!!" - written prior to September, 1999

- "There was a Denny's in Williamsburg, Brooklyn a little while ago. We had it there for 2 hours. We were making so many blueberry pancakes we had to stop. There were so many of them we stopped making them. The pancakes were eaten. The police tried to shut us down for quality of life crimes, but we told our customers to put the pancakes in paper bags so nobody could see 'em. People lined up on the street. They signed a petition to have our new Denny's officially franchised. I had a veggie-melt on the shelf that I would tote around and brandish like it was the eye of God. We don't often have Denny's in New York City. Seems like the secular atmosphere is flame retardant to the hot gospel of Moons-over-my-hammy. We finally had to close down the Denny's because the pancakes" - written prior to September, 1999

Road in poughkeepsi NY.RT 9w I ordered a cornbeef And souer krout( POLISH Sandwich. ) The meat was sliced razor thin . 3 paper thin slices folded over in the middle , So when it is cut in half it looks thick at the edge. I said I don't like to complain about things , but I was just ripped off by you people. When the management was told , they said they were sorry but the meat is sliced in separate portions. I told the manager that i could go to any diner and get a better sandwich . And she said I know I'm sorry.
I Spent a total of $17.00 and I was ripped off"

Rochester, New York
- "i take it ya haven't been to the denny's in rochester? it used to be decked out to the nines! all the "freaks" of rochester would hang out there, and no matter what time of the day ya visited, there was always some one ya knew! and all the theater people, actors and techies (who also doubled as "freaks") would all go there after any given show. and, as a matter-a-fact, there was a guy that worked there, his name was something amaloot (er something) who was really tall and thin with short, very curly brown hair, no mustache, but once had a beard (that's the closest we ever came to and Al). we both work at the michigan renaissance festival, he's a musician at that, so he's even more sorta an Al. but, alas, he quit denny's to get a better job (he was never a manager) and things just went downhill from there. they started treatin' us like complete and utter shit, constantly rude, then they put a bann on smoking, so all my "freaky" friends didn't wanna eat there (plus, i think they got tired of us usen it as a hang out, buying nothing but coffee for hours, so then they'd kick us out) :-{ ), and then, they even had the nerve to change the inside decor. so, now we all go to ram's hole (rams horn), buy decent coffee (but denny's was better) and WONDERFUL belgian waffles with ice cream, strwberries, and whipped cream :-} they're also nice to us there! 1/2 of us work there, any way. you can get omlettes there at anytime, too! so, if yer gonna visit the rochester denny's, also visit the rams' hole, and let me know when yer comin' down and what ya think." - written prior to September, 1999

- "It is by coincidence that I ate at the Denny's in Rochester on West Henrietta Road. I had driven a friend to the O'Connor Geo Metro dealership to pick up his car. We saw a Pizza Hut and a Denny's within walking distance, so we flipped for it and went to Denny's. The decor was fairly modern, but all the tables were the corner kind, where you have to slide around a corner to get in.
The Denny's was notable since it's right next to the Klassy Kat, a strip joint. I wondered briefly if the particular Denny's was patronized by staff of the Klassy Kat, but the only other patrons were old people who left quarters as tips.
I had the French Dip, which was somewhat vile and disappointing. I was not impressed by the menu. The waitress seemed to have an air of desperation. I was uncomfortable by the way her eyes kept searching me as if I was to perform some miracle for her. I left her a few bucks as a tip and she seemed all too grateful for it.
West Heniretta Road is a commercial part of Rochester, near the Wonder Bakery Thrift Shop. I had always fantasized about buying a trunkload of Twinkies from them and filling up my office mate's desk drawers of them, but fortunately my occasions to visit this section of Rochester is infrequent." - written prior to September, 1999

- "Hi I am Sam I live in Rochester, NY and I just got done reading some more of the feed back from people and I had a good laugh on quite a few of them. It seems that quite a few of these people are just writing to getsomething on the WWW. A lot of the stuff these people are writing is crap. Some people just have no patience or no clue to what the heck they are talking about. Such as the bit that Denny's bought 40 new denny's from the old Perk Development who Franchised Perkins, it was only 30 Perkins they bought and they only opened 27 of them as Denny's in Western upstate New York. I find that a lot of the people that put feed back here have no patience or very little. I really like your website and find it a great adventure to hit all the Denny's or at least as many as possible, because I think it will be very hard to hit them all because Denny's is always opening up more and more restaurants. well maybe sometime you can hit the ones here in Rochester, NY. well stop by Unit 2122 on Buffalo Rd in Gates if you happen to come out this way sometime and good luck on the rest of your adventure and life. If anyone has questions regardin Denny's at all you can e-mail me and I will get back in touch with you. I work for Denny's and am willing to help out anyone as much as possible." - written prior to September, 1999

- "I suggest you visit the upstate NY Denny's before they go out business. I visited the Rochester, NY site on West Ridge Road. (Converted from Perkins) I must admit this was a unique experience, I have never had food that tasted that bad! I mean really really bad. The service was OK because there was virtually no one else in the restaurant. Everyone else who has visited this and the other Rochester locations have said the same thing, really really bad tasting food. I visited the restaurant because of a coupon that give me one omelet free with the purchase of another. Regardless, it would have been a bad deal if I only paid for the gas for three mile trip. I suggest you visit those Rochester, NY sites soon because they cannot be in business much longer." - written prior to September, 1999

- November 13, 1999 - "It's a place we go because no matter how bad the food is, how bad the servers are, how loud or weird we get, it always feels comfy! Me, along side fellow companions Lou, JT, Rob and Jason, and others go there at least once a week. We are able to act weird after our wacky adventures at the mall, Laser Quest(located across the street) or after a hard day at work. We have had many exciting experiences. For instance, once a new waitress was assigned to us. She was so bad, that I asked her if I could get a refill. She said, "Yes". And stood there until I said "Um, yeah, I want one.." Confused, she managed to finally get me my much needed drink. We always run into someone we know. We have found that the staff are generally not happy people. When we asked the night manager if he was indeed "Denny" he became very mad.
Denny's also has the world's worst food. It is so bad that we order it a lot. It is the Buffalo Chicken Strips. The fumes are overwhelming, it causes tears to drip, noses to run, and it gets worse each time we go. Recently we had the wonderous Dennys Chicken Eat Off which paired many combatants in a quest in who could eat an order of Buff Chicken Strips and an order of Buffalo Wings. Only 2 of 5 finished their task.
We now get the tamer cousin, or the lovely Bacon Chedder Cheeseburger."
- March 11, 2000 - "My name is Tom and I am a frequent visitor to my local Denny's in Rochester, NY, on West Ridge Road. Here is my story...it happened just a few hours ago...
Tonight, after me, my friend Ed, and a few other of my friends went and saw Mission to Mars, we went to Denny's. Things were pretty normal until...
We were ready to leave when me and Ed got into a fake verbal fight. I chased him outside where I picked him up and dropped him on the grass. A distance away, two employees stood smoking, one a black dishwasher, the other a white busboy. Ed got up, wiped his dirty hands on my jacket sleeve and so I pretended to give him a "snot rocket." We then made up and walked towards the side door. On the door there are the words "Open 24 Hours" and "Open Daily." I said to Ed, "I'm not Daily, are you?" and he said, "Nope," and I said, "How are we going to open the door?" and he said, "It happens that my middle name is 24 Hours," so he opened the first door, I followed him, he opened the second door, I followed him in.
When we gathered up the others and attempted to leave, the one employee who watched us earlier rushed outside, handed me this washcloth thing and demanded that I go over to the door and wash off the handles. He claimed that I had wiped my snottums all over the door (which was funny because 1) I didn't even touch my nose, 2) I didn't even touch the door). I was taken a back. I refused, and he proceeded to orally threaten and carry on, cussing, and whatnot. He also said he had the managers permission to be doing so. He continued this verbal assault, (and his body language was VERY threatening) until Kristy grabbed the cloth and pretended to wipe the door. I was very calm for the most part, but he was beginning to anger me. We argued until Kristy came back and then we left.
When I got home, I called Denny's and angrily demanded the manager. After the 5 minute wait I talked to Kevin and I let him have it. I explained in a semi peeved, semi concerned, semi angry tone what had happened, posing the question, "How can such a FINE (sarcasm) establishment allow this to go on?" and saying such phrases as, "I then made the gesture of a snot rocket, do you know what a snot rocket is?" and "But my hand made no nasal penetration!" and brought up all my points and asked him what was to be done. He said it will be dealt with right away, and when I persisted he almost turned the tables on me saying he wasn't authorized to say what the action will be. But I quickly turned it back, adamantly stating how much he cussed and threatened. The funny thing is, he even let the dishwasher go out there. He claims he felt I would only be asked to wipe off the door if I had admitted it.
I let him know what I thought about the whole situation. I told him how much we spend there (Hundreds a month). I said I wouldn't be back.
He then assured me the situation would be dealt with (yeah right).
I am considering writing a letter to my local newspaper, and to Denny's higher UP's. I'm not sure who the Denny's higher UP's are, though.
One thing is for sure, I won't be back at that Denny's. "

- October 15, 2000 - "I'm not a huge fan of Denny's but the food there is usually OK, and I have to take exception to the reviews already posted, especially about the West Ridge Road store. Never hadÊa bad meal there. I've been to the Perinton and gates stores they are OK too. But the East Ridge Road store is terrible. I've been there twice and both times were horrible experiences. One time I bitched because the food was taking forever, I got it almost immediately but it was COLD for cripes sakes. My girlfriend ordered a fruit plate, the grapes on it were spoiled. Some kind of problem there for sure, probably bad management."

- September 2, 2001 - "2 thumbs up for the Denny's in Rome, NY. Terrific in all respects. Especially enjoyed the little girl behind us who kept shouting "I!, I!" (she meant "Hi! Hi!" but was too young to pronounce her H's) to everyone she saw in the restaurant throughout her entire breakfast. As we were leaving, the cashier told us that if she had been his child, he would have boiled her in oil."

- "it is my pleasure to inform you that there is a denny's in spring valley, ny that has more than met the measure. not all of our denny's experiences have been good ones, but thanks to a waiter named bert, spring valley's denny's will be one that my family and i frequent. a more polite and friendly young man you would be hard pressed to find. if for no other reason than to see bert, i recommend that you make it a point to stop in at this denny's." - written prior to September, 1999

- "I have been a Denny's fanatic ever since I visited my first Denny's in Florida. Their food is excellent and their prices are great. I try to visit every Denny's restaurant I can. My local Denny's restaurant is on route 59 in Spring Valley New York. I am always satisfied when I visit this location. The waitresses are friendly and polite, and the manager is always concerned about your visit. One thing to avoid is going there for breakfast because they are always busy because it is the only one in the area. The one Denny's restaurant I would really like to visit is the first one in Lakewood, California." - written prior to September, 1999

Syracuse, New York
- "There is a street in the general area of Syracuse New York called Erie Blvd. There are two Dennys' on it. One of them used to be a Perkin's but that's beside the point. I think the thing that makes a really great Denny's is the way people treat you after about 3 in the morning. All of our servers are still friendly, and brewing coffee for my "crew" and I even when the sun rises. The reason I feel the need to mention my at all is because of this past night. My friends and I always get free coffee. Good thing too, otherwise I think we'd throw a huge fit. I don't know who exactly made the plan, but it was my birthday yesterday, and when I came in and sat down I fixed my coffee wich they had waiting for me, and lit my cigarette. All of a sudden I hear a faint..."happy birthday to you..." the night crew was bringing me a peice of chocolate cake and singing happy birthday to me. I thought it was so sweet. The reason the denny's on Erie Blvd are so cool, is because it's like "cheers" like they know your name after you've been there twice, and they usually remember what you want to drink or eat. I hope you find time to visit my two Denny's in your travels. And tell them Bonnie sent you." - written prior to September, 1999

Vestal, New York
- " A couple college friends and I went down to our local Denny's here in Vestal, NY. It's right at the foot of the Binghamton University campus... so when you've got nothing better to do, and you're feelin kinda hungry, it's the place to be. Here are some attached pictures that we took there at 3 in the morning. (photo1, photo2, photo3)" - written prior to September, 1999

- "Back when I was in high school, my friends and I used to frequent the Denny's in Vestal NY, near SUNY Binghamton. A friend's (we'll call him Scott) father owned a furniture store, and had a large metal van with nothing but two seats inside. Scott used to borrow the van at night and we would engage in an activity we fondly referred to as "Van Moshing".
We would pile everyone we could into the van and strap a boombox onto the passenger seat. Scott would then attempt to execute as many hills, bumps, sharp turns, and sudden stops as frequently and as fast as he could. Meanwhile, everyone in the back was sliding, flipping, and colliding into the walls, doors, seats, and each other. After the mosh was over, we would always go to the Denny's in Vestal (often bleeding) and get fries and coffee. It was, indeed, the perfect evening.
We also used to eat the Denny's sugar packets whole (paper wrapper and everything). They had a distinct taste that other sugar packets could not match. Bill also ate an entire packet of Sweet & Low that way *shudder*." - written prior to September, 1999

West Seneca, New York
- "My fiancee and I just came back from a Denny's in West Seneca, NY where we were ignored for 12 minutes by a Wierd Al Yankovich clone waitress. As we left the parking lot to be ignored at a better restaurant she was watching us with this "wha' happened?" look on her face. Service is usually good at this location." - written prior to September, 1999
