Fayetteville, Arkansas
- August 20, 2001 - "I love your web site about all the Dennys you and your friends have stopped at. ÊI live in Little Rock Arkansas and I just started College at the University of Arkansas. ÊThe Denny's in Fayetteville Rocks on Friday Nights at 2am. ÊThe best place to meet and find other drunk college coeds. ÊThe manager is bald and people rub his hairless head for good luck. ÊIt is really cool. ÊThought you might want to know about this happening dennys. Oh by the way the wait is really long to get seated but the food comes pretty quick. ÊI like the Moons over My Hammy. ÊCome visit us some Friday night"

- November 11, 2001 - "I just recently moved to Fayetteville and started going to the Denny's here. My friends and I go there on Friday Late Nights. It is the rocking place in town at 2am. You have to wait like 45min sometimes just to get a table. There are two Managers on Late Night a Thommy( major Dork and Dweeb) and Dwayne a bald guy who goes from table to table letting customers rub his bald head for good luck. He is really cool and usually gives away something free every friday night to someone at our table. I think he likes mellisa our friend. I just wanted to say how much i like your web sight here and come visit our Denny's in Fayetteville on a Friday night. P.S. I rubbed the bald guys head for good luck !!!!!"

- February 16, 2004 - "Don't even bother coming to the Denny's in Fayetteville AR. I have been in Denny's in AR, OK & MO for years and even though I get the expected poor service and long waits at all of them, Fayetteville takes the cake. Just yesterday we were served our drinks and given the late night menu and then read a list of items they were out of, which included any type of bread, pancakes, french toast, butter or sour cream. Prehaps they should just lock their doors and turn out the lights. At least the wait would be shorter because the three tables that usually have customers would all be empty. Don't waste your time on this one."

Forrest City, Arkansas
- January 16, 2002 - "Over the Christmas holidays while traveling to Ohio I stopped in Forrest City, AR at the Holiday Inn to which a Denny's Restaurant was "attached". After driving all day I was kind of tired and thought I have dinner there. Well, after waiting in line for about 15 minutes people in front of me one by oneÊwere leaving the "waiting line". The restaurant was not even full of people and I was still waiting. Finally aÊyoung girl advised me that after she seated me - which will be another 15 minutes at least - I have to wait another 30 minutes before she could take the order. Well that was enough for me and all the other people in the line behind me. Mind you Forrest City is not a big town but needless to say, when IÊdrive to Ohio again I certainly will never ever stop at the Holiday Inn or will I eat at Denny's. This even brings a bad taste for this particular Holiday Inn - being associated with a restaurant with absolutely no kind of service."

Jonesboro, Arkansas
- "I don't know if this is a normal thing or not--I'm presuming NOT, but in Jonesboro, Arkansas, a town of 50,000, there is no Denny's. Not even in other towns around here. I come from a bit of a larger town in Washington, where there is a Denny's for every high school (go figure!). When I moved here, I didn't know what to do with myself until I found a Perkins'. Ah, another heavenly harbor of endless, really bad coffee. My saviour in this incredibly desolate hellhole. ;-)" - written prior to September, 1999

North Little Rock, Arkansas
- February 27, 2000 - "I have had the pleasure of dining at both the Denny's at North Little Rock, Arkansas and the Denny's at Little Rock, Arkansas. In fact, I sort of met my husband at the North Little Rock location. I found the Little Rock location to be kinda dirty. The North Little Rock location seemed to be a little cleaner, and most of the time the service was pretty good. Quite often we noticed that customers would try to squabble about prices being too high, such as menu prices being different from what the ticket said an item cost. This never happened to us, but then I don't think that we would have yelled at the cashier about it if it had anyway. There don't seem to be any WAY's at either location strangley enough, but there was a man with an afro at the North Little Rock location."

Springdale, Arkansas
- March 18, 2000 - "Next to Executive Inn. When we arrived for breakfast (just in town for 24hrs) 03/18/00 @ 7am the manager was (thru another employee) was reprimanding an employee, while she was mopping the front entrance. This manager had someone out there who could speak spanish, plus another employee, plus my husband and I. The only thing she had done was wear a pair of gold hoop earrings. I understand they are not really safe while working there but, the way this was handled was completely OUT of LINE. When I asked this manager about his tactics he said, "They", know better than to wear unsafe clothing. I have been in management and this is not acceptable. Guess some just don't get it!"

Texarkana, Arkansas
- " After reading your review of the Denny's in Texarkana, Arkansas I was amazed. You Said you recieved excellent service. How can this be? I have recently relocated to Texarkana after vactaioning in Austin,Tx for the last 4 years. I have found memories of the Denny's there but have not had the same luck in Texarkana. You must have caught Arlene (the waitress) on a slow day. The food at the Texarkana Denny's is poor to be polite. I usually dont eat there in the daytime and when I do it is only because the company I am with request it. The only bright spot is the daytime Hostess Carl. He is a local legend and has been the hostess there since they opened the doors. Carl could easily pass for WAY's Father. He has Dark black hair and wire frame glasses. He never forgets a name and will always greet you with "Hello Welcome To Denny's. I'm Carl and I will be your host. Do you have a smoking prefrence?" Carl is in his late 70's. He is the only reason I return to Denny's. My usual time for eatting out is around 2AM. The Night Crew is pathetic so I usually go to the Waffle House. Not the one located on State Line but rather the newer store at Summer Hill rd on the Texas side. Noe if Only I could get Dennys to hire away The Waffle House Staff. They are the perfect example of what Denny's should be. Friendly, Fast, Polite, And the food is excellent. " - written prior to September, 1999
